Woah, I'm surprised the hero just dropped the "use the citizens as meat shields" strategy immediately. I guess he at least doesn't want to be seen actively grabbing people and using them to tanks hits.

I would have thought the stat difference would give Ourobouros an advantage, but he's fairly cautious and also passive (he doesn't have a plan to take down the hero) while the hero is using his skills decisively and clearly is a more experienced fighter - at least in terms of dealing with intelligent creatures.

Erm.
on the left column, it was species condition level & hp. And the rest were in right column.
I tried to type the columns by having a space between lv and attack, between Hp and defense and so on. But when i tried to fit it in the box it turned out like that and the rank name was with little space. if that made any sense
so just did that. Honestly, never thought that would be an issue.

to fight dragons in air? i feel the serialkiller did overlook a detail here. the dragons got wings and can move faster.. while the serialkiller needs to rely on his pegasus that can be destroyed by one single breath or a slap with the tail.
I want to see the Serialkiller fall down and hit the only cactus for miles around with his face first.

Even aside from the making it look like an evil horse aspect, it kinda makes sense. Horse hooves aren't great for traction in a lot of cases, so claws would help with landing more places.

His form is not really any different from the previous one. The major issue is, imho, that he can't communicate with the other head, which is kinda strange because there should be neural link between them... unless, of course, there is some trick to it.

Well, these meatshields aren't exactly willing to be meatshields anymore and keep in mind the Hero is actually veteran dragon-slayer. Also, there are two pros and one con to switch to aerial battle:
Con: Since the dragon is good, he would probably refrain from using his most powerful and deadly abilities in the middle of city.
Pro1: The Dragon already has a advantage in the field of vision, so aerial combat, which adds another dimension, increases his blind spots.
Pro2: While the Pegasus is not more agile than the Dragon (388 vs 454), it's still fast, small and agile target which will try to avoid any incoming attack(s) on its own, so the hero can focus on attacking the Dragon.

Well, see the above. Also the Hero used buffs, most likely not only on himself but on the pegasus too. So in terms of maneuverability, he has an advantage.
