It's part of the evil dragon evolution line, so he's stuck with it until he can get off that path. He has had a chance before but it wasn't the right evolution choice at the time. The next set of options should have a non evil path option due to him becoming the hero, but the question is will be basically forced not to pick it again.

Hmmm, if he became a hermaphrodite, then they both share both sex organs unless they have unique ones on their individual necks instead of their body.

But whether the organs are shared on the body or separated on the neck, I guess the other head identifies as female based on him identifying her as female. He would know best.

Side note: Sex organs on the neck would be quite unexpected and is something I've never thought of until this post.
