i see the point if plot you need to be a man's soul to wield magic so the amount of events that a anomaly like the mc can create in the world by literally being a being that bend the world rules is quite a good recipe for a story

Besides, "Eeght" is an absolute monstrosity (at least to this native English speaker) that looks nothing like an actual name. Using it is completely unnecessary. I recommend sticking with 'Ikuto" unless you discover an official English spelling, but if you must pick something else, just go with "Ikto".
