I can see a troll item like that being made in a game IRL, but why is there another restriction of not being able to equip anything else on top of the gender restriction? No playable character can equip it anyway, so adding more mechanics to it is just a waste of time.

It is prob not that hard to implement, just setting stat and condition so it cant be use at all. Easier creating that item than fixing bug.
