I'm pretty sure this is decensor work, not an actual raw. There's some weird quality issues in some places that make me assume this is some combination of redraw + kitbashing from other reference images in other chapters or something similar. It's a high quality decensor, but it's still decensor.

To not make the post too long, I'll spoiler the maybe less convincing examples:

Example 1:

Here, you can see the line quality on her boobs (where the black box was) is much sharper than the line quality elsewhere, because it was redrawn, or from another panel. Her right boob (on the left) also has a weird bump/divot along the silhouette because it wasn't totally aligned with the portion outside of the black box (and if you look .

Example 2:

Similar line width/quality stuff but also there's a weird discontinuity in the shading at the bottom of her breast where I assume they took a similar panel and modified it, but the shading didn't line up

But most clearly, here's that first example as a gif: See how there are portions of the image outside of the black box which are modified. Either it's the artist redrawing it, or the scanlators redrawing it, but this is 100% a redraw, and considering the quality changes, it's gotta be the scanlator. Check how there are extra lines added to Ashnold's cape to the left of the box (outside of its bounds), and how where Carol's hair meets her boob on her right boob (on the left), the line is slightly modified outside of the box to make that divot/bump. These are areas of the original censored raw that should have remained the same (if it was actually just an OG uncensored version without the box), but they were modified because it was just a decensor which needed to edit that space to make things look better.

When you put it that way, you have a point….and also why one of the censored pages was awkwardly uncensored: they prolly missed it since it actually looked more like a boob tube.
