Btw. The bus driver suxx. You have to calculate, if you try to dodge and if dodging means causing more harm than just driving over that person, then drive over that person! I know its a situation with few time to think, but he caused his passengers to die, that were innocent. The person walking on the street was NOT innocent. The person didnt watch traffic and is to blame 100%.If you would have droven over that person, the bus would receive some damage, but nobody else would be hurt.

Again, you can try to dodge if you have enough dodging space and wont derail or drive into other cars, but the only reason you should try to dodge is, if that person is a kid and doesnt know better. Then you can risk your passenger's life, but not if its an adult.
