Well its much further then the main story because of the 3 female devils that was sitting in the previous chapter 43. Testarossa, Ultima and Carrera.
Ultima is the pink haired devil you see on the cover page. They don't appear until much later in the WN.

It is after story. It which, when they defeated Yuuki Kagurazaka. and Rimuru was removed to existence and eventually came back.
Rimuru tame and gave bodies and names to the Progenitor Demons such as Carrera(Yellowish) Ultima(Pink) and Testarossa(white)
Chloe or known as Manas: Chronoa (The one who kisses Rimuru at the 23rd episode of 1st season.) Took over the Chloe we know(the loli) and eventually growing reverse in time. (adjusting on this Tensura universe. Since she wanders through countless worlds. However, Rimuru dies in each Dimension. That's why she's thinking of a way for him not to be killed by Hinata. Remember when she said, "Sensei, don't leave us." She's just buying time for RImuru to not encounter Hinata but Rimuru encounter with her, in a 1 in a million chances Rimuru miraculously survives, and this is the story of RImuru we are grasping now.

They show up close to the last few arcs left in the story.
They are hella hilarious tho, Diablo has his hands full with them all the time.
