No, not even in the on-going LN raws do we know who the "main antagonist" ends up being. It's actually very unlikely for it to be the same main antagonist as in the WN, since that character's personality and goals are completely different in the LN.

This isn't really a spoiler, since the manga just skipped over the explanation, but one of the sub-skills of "Survivor" is

Yeah the "colored primordials" is something new that was added in the LN but wasn't in the WN. The WN was filled with many mistranslations and the translators of the WN sometimes conflated different classifications system. It's considerably better in the LN depending on which version and what volume you read. Just take everything you see in the LN vol. 5 "status pages" with a grain of salt. Yen Press really screwed up those, escpacially the one for this "black-haired primordial demon" . That one is riddled with errors.

"Ultraspeed Regeneration", the same Skill that Rimuru and Charybdis have and can, physically at least, regenerate someone from scratch. However as seen with Hinata's Dead End Rainbow rapier and Geld's Chaos Eater, attacks that target the Spiritual Body can ignore that regeneration. Gluttony would do short work with Razen if they actually fought with Rimuru in top condition. With or without Anti-Magic Area active.
