It kind of reminds me of the way Native American names used to work.
And to be fair, Japanese has a lot of "nature names". For instance a girl could be called "Hana", which is pronounced the same as 'flower' and could even be written exactly the same in kanji too (this is not always the case though.) The surname Yamato is often spelled with the 'Mountain' kanji.
I'd have to look at the raws to know for sure, but Mountain 1 F would probably be "Yama Ichi Fu". That actually sounds pretty cool to me, albeit there's going to be a brother/sister who's named Yama Ichi Gu, so it does feel a bit lazy.
So it's like most of the Orcs are named Smith/Tanaka/Ngyuen. It's just going to be an extremely common name.
