He's clearly a noble, I hope he doesn't realize her past and get her caught up with her bio parents.Of course she would attract undue attention.
She was very unusual. Little genius. Good cook. Expert cleaner. Almost an all-work maid.
While his report is way too subjective and vague, reporting on her itself isn't wrong. How bored would you have to be to add her to your report.. to your higher noble boss🫤? Irl, I really don't see this happening just because her smarts stood out. His "intuition" was way too forced. There's a ton of LOGICAL reasons why she could pick up the knowledge she has. The most logical is: her father's a knight. He would've HAD to go through their knight courses that teach even things like etiquette. Her mom's also from a rich family. Her family associating with nobles would've been a norm. It's far more reasonable to assume she was taught etiquette and the likes from her parents, as well as her schooling. If she was just a genius kid, having the level of education that she showed off ABSOLUTELY wouldn't be so abnormal that it freaked you out enough to report it to your boss as "something suspicious"😅! Like I said, that intuition of his is nothing gmore than author forced nonsense.
May I remind you that they used to have a witch hunt because some lady acted off in the past? How bored would you have to be to add her to your report.. to your higher noble boss🫤? If they have those "out there" suspicions right off the bat, rather than going through the logical reasoning process like a real human does, they need to be sent to a psych ward asap. He did this because he's a character and the plot's been ultra-forced by the author. It's very unreasonable to have those suspicions rather than seeing things in a realistic manner. If you did have those suspicions, something SUBSTANTIAL would've led you to believe that. THEN, you'd investigate a bit more, because the last thing you'd want is to piss off your superiors for wasting their time traveling for weeks just to look into a little girl. That's how it works irl. While his report is way too subjective and vague, reporting on her itself isn't wrong.
Finding someone who is wise beyond their years can be anywhere from a good talent to scout to a shapeshifting demon.
Who's the "they" in that sentence? This manga hasn't said anything about witches or witch hunts, so are you talking about irl? Irl, you had super puritan Chrisitians living in predator infested woods. You had hostilities with the locals. You had no electricity, or any other form of power. You were illiterate, or barely literate. Even if you were literate, all you read was a bible. You had no easily accessible food or water. Ppl were dying left and riht from unknown sicknesses, harsh weather they weren't familiar with, and the overall environment. You had a million things to seriously fear, but nothing substantial to protect yourself with. Then you have a group of dipshit girls playing pranks and claiming to be witches. A CLAIM was made, not an accusation. Evidence was acquired. What I'm saying here is: the witch hunts started in a veeeeeery different manner than the plot of this story. The story has no evidence, no substantial observations, nobody claiming to be evil, a much safer environment for all, magic, etc. Apples and oranges, ma dude.May I remind you that they used to have a witch hunt because some lady acted off in the past?
well considering magic exists in this world, maybe there's some ways to 'sense' magic without using a measuring device as well if not some appraisal skillWhile his report is way too subjective and vague, reporting on her itself isn't wrong.

imagine being persecuted for it, "this commoner is too smart, she might conspire to overthrow nobles in the future!"How bored would you have to be to add her to your report.. to your higher noble boss🫤? I know that this world does not function like ours. But let's look at it like this. Do you really think they persecuted those women because of christianity? No, it's simply just fear of the unknown and lack of knowledge (among other elements such as jealousy, envy, ...) that led them to such destructive action. The Christianity values were just an excuse, a tool to justify their wrongdoing. So yeah, if you ask me if this world can be that extreme, I'd say yes, because like us they also have lack of knowledge and full of fear, jealousy and envy. Of course that won't be driven by Christianity, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.Who's the "they" in that sentence? Logical reasoning isn't something you're born with. And there were no psych ward at that time.If they have those "out there" suspicions right off the bat, rather than going through the logical reasoning process like a real human does, they need to be sent to a psych ward asap.
