They actually don't, it's rewrite they call themself more like "Damn Dwarfmaster, Shitty Dwarfmaster, Fucking Dwarfmaster etc" same as with the elf, the mc takes the exact term the dwarf called him in the beginning and calls him back like that as well.

So no "Rock Muncher and Knife Ears".

How she know what a balloon is? That word was only used after the late 1700s, when rubber became a thing; you have to understand the process of Vulcanization, not to mention the chemical properties and interactions of Sulphur in its different formulations, and you need a basic knowledge of modern chemistry (which was cutting-edge, in 1798!) just to not die when making sulphuric compounds and acids!

So... probably not a thing, with the word balloon, or we would see a very different world; basic knowledge of chemistry gives us everything a modern society has... and these folks don't.
