Saying "we can't wait for help here, because if they've only explored to the third level, they might not be able to find us" seems a bit goofy.

If you stay there, there's literally a hole above your heads that goes all the way back. And it's not like it's singularly deep, it looks like it has individual floors the whole way up. So a rescue team with climbing rope could probably make their way down pretty quickly to help them.

I really don't understand the problem. There is big fucking hole above all the way to floor 1. 20 kids with questionable physical ability fell all the way down without anyone getting serious injuries (the one was already close to death beforehand). So at the very least aboveground should be within shouting distance and any half-baked instructor should be able to hop down without an issue.

Finally someone told off the child molester, not like it had any effect, but still.
