Depending on the setting, Guild Leader often being ex high ranker adventurer who are badass like this guy
or pencil pusher administrator who are well connected with local kingdom and good manager (but not badass)
or corrupt incompetent villain.

I love how the manga manages both serious moments and romance scenes. On one hand we see MC exerting his dominance, on the other we see the girls flirting here and there, lol. On top of that this manga's drawings are beautiful.

No, it read その武器 ("that weapon") as ボウガン (bowgun), so it is referring to Girold's weapon. Though, after doing a little digging-mainly looking at the Japanese Wikipedia page for crossbow-apparently Japan doesn't really have a word for crossbow. They'll mainly use ボウガン (bowgun) as their general word for crossbows or クロスボウ (crossbow) if they want to be specific. And, bowgun was a trademark name in Japan, so I think it's also how we refer to common products as their brand name (e.g. Band-Aid, Popsicle, Ziploc, etc).

My only exposure to the word "bowgun" are from Monster Hunter, so I thought it was something similar to that. I didn't know they called crossbows bowgun until now, so I'll change it to crossbow.
