Good, nobody will miss you.The whole gravure shit was terrible. Worst chapter so far, think it’s a drop for me
Old man is one hell of an Ikemen.
His photo single handedly bring most of the rich women from the capital lol
Is the maid going to be added to the harem? It's got a human, half-elf and dwarf. Missing a beastkin.
According to the raws so far, sadly nope.
if I am not mistaken before the weak dungeon was found on the island there were no indigenous people living on the it so your comment about colonization feels forced and questionable furthermore it was a noble who had ownership of the island who moved people there the moment he found out about the dungeon only to immediately abandon it when it was deemed a money pit rather than a gold mine so really this feels more like rapid development of unsettled territory more than foreign invasion having said that it moves this into the question of invasive species contamination and I don't think anyone here is smart enough to question that subject at least not to my knowledge.I take issue with the tendency in Manga to treat "development" and city growth as an unambiguous good. It feels very... colonial. Nobody even bothered to ask the locals if they were okay with a group of strangers coming in and completely changing their community and whole way of life.
I had similar thoughts on the matter, but then I remembered that this island was literally uninhabited (unlike many other cases where it's only uninhabited in the sense of not being populated by anything besidesI take issue with the tendency in Manga to treat "development" and city growth as an unambiguous good. Even if they're not "natives" who have lived there for generations, they're still people that have built a community of their own through their hard work and dedication. I for one would be pissed if I spent years of my life working to build an idyllic tropical village with my friends and family, only for some rich city-types to roll in and turn it into a resortI had similar thoughts on the matter, but then I remembered that this island was literally uninhabited (unlike many other cases where it's only uninhabited in the sense of not being populated by anything besidesfuture slavesnatives) and the only ppl living on it atm were from the guilds initial attempt at making a dungeon-city before they found the mobs to be not worth the investment.
Except they were just guild support personnel (although maybe not all were hired by the guild and instead took a gamble, they stil lwere the guilds support personel), and were entirely dependent on adventurers coming there, and the island becoming developed into a city. So they hadn't built an idyllic life. They were struggling and losing money, and very happy when mc brought the tourists they always intended to support.Even if they're not "natives" who have lived there for generations, they're still people that have built a community of their own through their hard work and dedication.
