I think ... this author is just not my cup of tea.
Series with the seiyuu theme quite weak in my opinion. Maybe it's because I'm used to seeing hands-on practice (behind the scenes act), so it will be more interesting in terms of real performance than visualization in paper that is difficult to imagine.
Her/his art is pretty neat, has a good sense of jokes, and an interesting plot. But I can't find myself to enjoy this as everyone else did.
Only Shirobako piqued my interest in the scope of the entertainment industry so far. Unfortunately, the so-hyped series, Act-age, 's magic spells doesn't work for me too.

Why hasn't this been adapted as an anime??? Many mangas, not even completed, have been turned to anime but this, THIS AMAZING ART THAT IS ALREADY COMPLETED IS NOT??!!! Well, as long as this is translated completely, I really don't care if it gets an anime, especially if it won't do the manga justice...
