People seem to be confused as to where the missing chapter are.
Ch. 1 to 27 (or upto volume 3) is already translated by kodansha in english officially (only available in digital). You can buy them in amazon and such.

The translator probably just didn't want to do it again so it started from ch.28.

Volumes 1-3 (volume 3 is all the missing chapters) are officially translated in English and available for purchase, you can get them off Amazon or BookWalker (I recommend this site personally).
It's like 1200 yen or 12 USD guys, if you have the money, seriously consider supporting the official creators and buying the licensed manga.
