I would agree with you if it weren’t for the fact that the only reason why we’re getting this understandably rushed ”ending” is because the author got sickMaybe it's better not to give an ending, life carries on, but that doesn't mean the story should.
There's too many mangas that drag on and go stale.
Nah it's a dream bro, she really has a damn shitty family.Wait wait wait. Was the sequence between her and her brother watching movies and making up real or just a dream????
The ending isn't rushed, it's only because you know author couldn't continue further that you'd think that.I would agree with you if it weren’t for the fact that the only reason why we’re getting this understandably rushed ”ending” is because the author got sick
I mean, didn't it occur to you that this could have been because of her upbringing? No one is born socially awkward, you develop social skills while growing up.That was hella wild. I wonder if MC was born with something, theres a bit of a hint she doesn't have the best social skills and never seemed to grasp it.
Yeah true, I would've liked to see her breaking character, I can only imagine it now! x)I would've liked to see how it would of gone with eyebrows more if she really would break down but eh. Not bad!
Dude, if the reader has to make basically make fan fiction for the story to complete its plot points it wasn’t properly finished. The ending isn't rushed, it's only because you know author couldn't continue further that you'd think that.
It's clearly noticeable that the ending was chosen to be like this, yes it's because author knew he'd be sick and wouldn't be able to continue drawing. Mad respect for that man having the vision and the heart to pull out a clean stop to a story he probably wanted to carry on writing a lot longer than this.
If you were to say that the story is rushed backstory-wise, because you'd like to have an explanation as to why her family members are so estranged and even mean to her for example, or you'd just like to witness more of their reactions to mc's tournament (I'd like that at least,) then there's nothing stopping it from coming in the following chapter from this one.
Meaning, it's a good closure. Author didn't give you their reaction or more backstory, you'd just have to imagine it, and there's nothing stopping you from doing that, author gave you all the tools.
For the main story, everything is resolved now, so it's not rushed here either
Every heard of an open ending? That's pretty much what you described as "not properly finished."Dude, if the reader has to make basically make fan fiction for the story to complete its plot points it wasn’t properly finished.
I'm not trying to disagree to disagree here as you can see, I just thinking you're using the incorrect word out of affect, even though your previous message didn't show if you disliked the ending or not.And I agree to disagree but straight up lying about what happened is silly at best. For me not much about this is satisfying as a series ending but as I said, it’s understandable that the ending was rushed. I’m not mad at an author for getting sick and prioritizing their health.
