Damn son, that fucking sucks that it ended that early. It's too fucking soon, I liked the two and they had a decent dynamic going. What a waste of potential.

Controversial opinion but I'm gonna say there wasn't anything exceedingly special about this series. It really didn't go on for long enough to do much of anything, and for all the chapters we had... it was pretty generic. Typical misunderstood character who's actually really nice but bagged on because of their appearance. They do more at home than they let on at school. Etc. etc.
I think I would be more upset if it didn't feel like this wasn't being done by tens of other series, but it's too similar.

I will say that I'll miss the character designs. Samejima is just wonderful design-wise and it's such a shame that she's essentially getting put in the bin.
I'd hope the Author would use her as a side-character if he gets serialized again.

I was enjoying this, particularly the artwork, but I guess I can hardly complain it is axed if I haven't actually bought it.

@shoker I know what you mean, and I'm trying to remember the title of one I haven't seen for months- The FMC is ill at school and the MC carries her home to find it is in the poorer part of town, and she lives with her grandmother. The grandmother makes the MC do all the chores because she doesn't think he is manly enough for her.

It is true tho, the concept is not original at all, not 1 bit.
There is a 4koma about this concept goes really long tho.
Saying author copied the idea could be wrong, but this concept is not unique or new.
Sad axed, but understandable.
