This went off the rails midway and relied too heavily on exposition. The first half was much more promising, exploring the different characters and their relations to one another with humor and depth. Still love the main couple, but they got lost in the highly convoluted mythology by the end.

I love this manga so much! I'm a big sucker for comedy, ninja fights and romance and this manga fits the bill. If you're looking for pure romance, though, this may not be the one for you, as the main couple doesn't really explore their relationship or anything.

If you choose to read this manga, let me give you a warning: while the tags do match the start of the story, later on in the manga, the plot shifts entirely. So don't trust the tags too much 🙂
