we'd actually been planning on picking up this series since before the anime adaptation was announced, so it was just a happy coincidence

This is how I found out that it's finally getting an anime lol
I bought the entire original manga over the course of the 2000s, I never thought anyone would tackle the sequel, but needless to say, I am sincerely appreciative
Especially with such a high-quality translation job, major kudos 👍
