If anything, the weirdest thing is that the teacher had an acquaintance of 12 years back saved in his phone, and Kurose didn't even realise how strange that is. I think this is gonna bite him in the arse later.

i guess depending on how well you take care of your phone or 'considerate' you are , you might have some acquaintances saved on the rare chance you need to get in contact (but being stressed/ busy with a job would also make sense, i'm sure i had some 'best friends' in like elementary that i wouldn't recognize anymore after walking past them on the street [or even "i drank a lot the last decade it wiped some of my memory" xD])

it did seem like she had to return that specific outfit since there was a sales clerk more or less watching her but i wouldn't be surprised if she was able to sneak smaller stuff, tho i know some ppl take selfies where they leave the tags on to show off how pricey something is , tho i'd expect a cliche thing like her meeting up with some sugar daddy for pocket money

I don't use social networks other than instant messaging (Discord, WhatsApp), so I don't know how much of a reputational damage it would be to be outed as someone who pretends to buy fancy clothes while just putting them on. If anything, has no one so far realised that all selfies she posts are from different changing rooms? I'd expect a real outfit-Instagrammer to take pictures at home and thus leave no room for doubt that she bought them. I mean, Yeo Rumi from How to Fight just sold them after her streams, so there are certainly cleverer ways to go about it.

LOL considering she doesn't hide her face/some ppl know her secret account, i think she'd get caught easily if she did shoplift, unless her account is also locked but it doesn't seem to be followers only if the MC is able to browse it

Well, not necessarily. Japanese comics are full of high schooler/teacher couples, so long as the high schoolers involved are above the age of consent. It's 13 in the law (!!), but there are city ordinances against indecency that make it in practice 16. We might find it weird, but it's a cultural gap.

In terms of the plot, it depends whether they were in it just for the casual sex, or whether they made each other promises. All I know is that the girl appears in a future volume cover, so she's probably going to be relevant.

well she was already cautious/suspicious (tho ironic considering how 'shallow' she is with social media, i doubt she'd remember her high school 'friends' too), but maybe it's just a cultural thing to where it's more common to remember ppl's names if not hang onto an old yearbook, but that kinda person would find any excuse to just make another person look bad (also teenage naivety/youth to where you wouldn't expect to just be a completely diff person a decade from now as well but that's a story for a diff time lol)
