The author got factually wrong what a churrasco is and described a Kebab instead lol

For anyone that may be confused or interested, a churrasco is more like a barbecue, made on a churrasqueira (barbecue grill) and even while some use skewers specifically for some types of meat, and you can have a espetinho that is mostly a street food and is more similar to what the author described, a normal churrasco it's mostly done directly in the grill with just salt, and definitely there is no vegetable in between the meat in a espetinho or churrasco skewers, while there is grilled pineapple with cinnamon which is normally served at the end of it.
