Momiji is quite the enigma of a character. She's considerate to a fault with normal stuff, like with the sharing juice and the massaging Kroomy's legs, but it's fuckin' open season when she sees a pair of tiddies that have gone ungroped for a little too long. What a little gremlin.

It will never stop blowing my mind that a manga about a dude collecting 100 girlfriends passes the Bechdel test so frequently and effortlessly. These are the kind of chapters and interactions that make me sad that many people dismiss this series by its cover, calling it coomerbait and slop. They have no idea how well realized a lot of these girls are, to the point that they could easily become the protagonist of another manga.

Whenever people turn their nose up at the series,
I can't help but think back to Ahko being like "....am I making the right face?",
Shizuka hugging Nano before confronting her mother,
the intensity of the relay race and everyone's faith in each other,
Yaku writing a touching personal note in defense of Naddy,
the baseball team avenging the crying Shizuka, etc

And I wonder if they'll ever realize how much heart they've missed out on.
The problem is that so many people are so up their own asses that they turn up their noses to art that is made for fun, for the sake of fun. They can't grasp the concept of consuming art for 'fun'. To them, it's not worth considering if it isn't an in-depth, deeply thought-provoking masterwork on the human condition.
They aren't worthy enough to experience Hyakkano.
