The fact that people seem to be incapable of looking at this chapter in anything but a sexual light is a bit... you know. Like, for most of this chapter, they aren't acting like his girlfriends at all— They're going all in on the elementary school roleplay. + They specify at the end "We're not really kids." And we also literally have chapters where they become actual babies and no seems to complain about that. + Hahari all the time.

But, anyways, I do think we should get more chances to see adult Kusuri. Treating her as sort of separate from kid Kusuri seems like a good way to do that. You've gotta give all the members of Rentarou's Family equal love, after all!

It doesn’t surprise me that Kusuri is the most childish out of everyone, even including everyone younger than her, I wonder if it has anything to do with her physical age, did the failed immortality drug cause her mind to regress, or is this just how she used to be?
Yaku said in her debut chapter that, because Kusuri's brain is still developing, the failed immortality drug has more of an effect on her mentality compared to Yaku or her parents:
Rentarou: Even though you're both eight, you act so much more mature than Kusuri-senpai...
Yaku: As for Kusuri's parents and me, our mental age doesn't change the way hers does. Kusuri's mental age changes the way it does because she's not yet an adult. Her brain is still developing, you see.
Kusuri: Brain still developing, yep yep.
Hence why Kusuri tends to act embarrassed about her 8-year-old self when she's 18, like during the Pentarou chapter when she aged up briefly but found it embarrassing to play like that at that age, only to then shrug it off once the negation drug wore off.

Presumably it would change once her brain finishes developing, but since she can only be her 18-year-old self an hour at a time before going back to being 8, that's not really possible right now.
