I don’t understand how im the only one confused with these names, since it’s the first time some of them have ever been mentioned… is hayama the nurse? The only other name they’ve mentioned for her is Akari… and who is Uda? That name has never been mentioned at all.. looking at the next chapter, the only new person is Nagisa’s cousin, but they call her “Yuka-Nee”.

I'm kinda confused about their names either since some of them uses first name, and some uses surnames. But I guess Hayama-sensei is the nurse since they didn't mention any names for the other teachers. I think Uda is their other friend? She introduced herself in the previous chapter as Kanda Ami tho. But they called her Uda in chapter 13?

Spoiler: Spoilers for the end of the series!

I'm really sad they never ended up following through with Nagisa being a doctor. Despite this being the only hint towards Nagisa going to medical school, this tease was so powerful and memorable that it's unsatisfying nothing comes of it. Would've loved a longer epilogue where it shows she at least ended up in medical school or became a doctor or something.
