Seriously is. Chapter 44 is garbage. It requires you to suspend belief in all reality and to not think at all. It's the epitome of "density". Sure, speaking up and not hiding things is correct always, and difficult sometimes, but going about learning that lesson with mid writing and plot is kinda ass.

The first 3 volumes are great. The next few are a spinoff nobody asks for (because if it was, there would be an actually spinoff and not getting shoved into the middle of the main story). The last part is where they suddenly remember the actually main characters still exist but too bad, there is nothing but cheap/shitty drama revolves about drum roll please a brand new character that nobody ever mentioned before, even in passing.

Conclusion:
Go read the first 3 volumes then the final chapter, you will get more enjoyment out of it than sloughing through the whole thing.

There are a few main-couples-centric chapters in the middle (the "spinoff") but I'm not caring enough about this manga at this point to skim through it again. It's kinda funny you has to shift through a sizable chunks of the story to find MCs-centric chapters in a story about themselves.
