You'd think people who make Bolognese would know but instead they put so much that you can see the black pepper all over despite the sauce being more prominent.
My wife has learned to warn people not to ask me if something is spicy because 9 time out of 10 it's not spicy to me, but is too spicy for them.
The only thing that has ever put me down that I've tried was "Native" heat level Indian Curry. They had Mild, Medium, Hot, Native. But damn was it flavorful and delicious. Just spicy as all hell.
