She doesn't have too. She can destroy well anybody at this level in her vampire form. The only reason she is in trouble is that she doesn't want to use it.

It's true but it's more that she has an internal complict when you go to the bottom of the problem.
MC became she at the start of the story.
She can't turn back to her human male form permantly, If MC is too hungry, too injured or going in a rampage she turns back to her vampire form because it's now her real base form.
And in the novel The current Queen said it will be impossible for her to even take her male with time, it's already incredible that MC can do it, and she is not lying . The Queen let MC escaped because she wants MC to grow up as a vampire because MC is well not even a 1 year old vampire.
MC hates vampires to the bottom of her heart because of a lot of attrocies they did and she will became literally the future Queen of vampires, It's like the worst case possible for her and she can't really escape her fate. She is the future of her worst nightmare.
At the same time MC is starting to realise that it's not because some people of a race are bads that all the race is like that.

But at this point MC will use her power, she will not let people die because of her own problem.
