If he thinks he's guilty of course not, but the Emperor sounds like he's not making a final judgement till the investigation is complete. Moreover, the Emperor said he would reward him double if he was cleared, so while he may not command Nan Yun to marry him, I wonder if she would be pressured to. That or Huo will try some roundabout method requesting that she work closely with him or such and if he's cleared he'll be hailed as a hero of the crisis too so the Emperor may be inclined to listen.
