Basically synonyms. Isekai not necessary, but a frequent partner. Transmigration/transmigrator might be more commonly used in Chinese series because its definition is ever so slightly more broad sounding, it'd cover both the "I was reborn" and "My soul kind of just popped into this other dude's body because he already died" sort of things, while reincarnation tends more towards the former than the latter.
