About the names, considering they're in France (they're in Limoges, a real city), we could expect them to be french. If so, the most "natural" versions of the names would indeed be "Lucas", "Zoé"* and "Oscar". Not saying it should be changed, but those three are very common names in France.

*The "é" is really important here and can't be replaced simply by "e".

They're in France, but none of those characters are french. Still agree with your proposed names though.
The only named french character so far is the royalist commander from this chapter, revealed to be called ギョーム (Guillaume, I think) in chapter 14.

Peak. But seriously, what is up with the resurrection thing? Can the pope create human somehow? Homunculus? Loving how Ryuka or should I say Luka is starting to get closer with the other Rami. And Zaheed is pretty interesting as a character. His power only work on himself but it's clear he cares about Oskar so maybe his theory regarding how the power are personafication of their character are a bit off?

Same. I especially liked how he wanted to include Zoiy the next time they went out. The others are keeping a bit of a distance from her, and she seemed kinda lonely in early chapters. It's very sweet to see Ryuka caring about Zoiy more and more.
