It's merely precognition + superhuman physical ability. His physical power is from the fact that he is no human, and his precognition is just like a normal ramus ability. Neither of this is particularly OP. Without precognition, it's clear that he can not beat Zoe. And without his superpower, only seeing the future wouldn't help him win against any Ramus fighters at all. But unfortunately, these 2 power combined made this man the most broken shit ever.
