Smoking truly kills in multiple ways. I feel like the blonde guy the tentacles touched will mutate and the smoker is prolly dead. Not the strongest writing for now.

If they didnt see the monster before sleeping it would have been fine, same for the smoke break, but they saw it and what it did so it turns pretty dumb, but i guess they didnt take it really serious.
