I have chronic fatigue syndrome and post concussive syndrome, which together somewhat resemble severe insomnia, and let me tell you, on bad days I completely fail to process anything other than what I’m focused on, and can’t even process my one focus well. People try to talk to me a lot but due to fatigue and headaches my brain fails to recognize it, or prioritizes other processes.
