I still hate the Japanese obsession with making sure idols aren’t even in any relationships. It’s just a creepy feeling of jealousy and unable to separate work from personal life.

No idol is “yours” and once they are off camera, they are just a person.
There’s a lot of Japanese culture I’ve seen only through manga that seams stupid to me.

like dress code hair colour restrictions including racial hair colours like blonde, red or brown.

I don’t actually live in japan so I don’t know how dramatized it is though.

I do wonder what Kyo will do as a career. I know this manga is the type where they will be together forever so I'm trying to predict where he will end up. The obvious answer I think is being a talent manager or support staff as he already has great instincts about Anna's career. I could also see him in the fashion industry, or maybe a novelist? Can he channel his former evil thoughts into a popular serial killer book series?
The theory I've always liked is that since he's shown aptitude in writing and drawing he becomes a mangaka.
As he grows in popularity, the internet picks up on the fact that every one of his works features a character who looks extremely similar to famous actress Anna Akino, resulting in a popular meme being that he has some creepy obsession with her. This meme peaks when one of Ichikawa's works is picked up for a live-action adaptation and Anna Akino is cast as the definitely-not-Anna Akino character. When asked about the resemblance in an interview she casually mentions that the author is her husband and that they've been together since middle school. The internet unanimously decides that Ichikawa not being an obsessed fanboy but a massive wife guy for his childhood sweetheart is the cutest fucking thing they've ever seen.

I love seeing the ratings continue to climb! I know Ichikawa wants to support Yamada in her work, but I wonder when he’ll start wanting Yamada to focus more on him, too. Yamada is almost at the point where she herself wants more time with Ichikawa than time spent working. Forcing her to work is a no-go for me—she’s still young and should enjoy her youth while she can.

F for Kyotaro's absence
Bigger F for Jin-kun's rough path ahead (let's not forget he might already have a rival in Adachi)

I think Adachi and Moeko is probably the likelier pairing.

Also, Niko like me fr fr lol

I also doubt Onee-chan would ever date Adachi, but he's the only other character who has shown some interest in her, so...

The cracked phone screen is very authentic feeling
I have never in my life cracked a screen and have it continue to work. While sometimes it would display the image the touch part never worked. It's happened to me or my daughter maybe five times total over the years.

"She's kinda emotionally unstable"
Ain't Kana such a sweet girl? She's the only one that would describe Niko that gently
Most people would say "She's one crazy bitch." They would be right. She's by far not the craziest but her obsessions are unhealthy.

The Japanese are taught (to the point of indoctrination and flying planes into ships) that conformity and duty are the most important reason to exist. To "rebel" by standing out is considered almost criminal (excepting certain occupations) and will make you the outsider in a culture with xenophobic tendencies.

2019 story:

Tokyo public schools will stop forcing students to dye their hair black, official promises

The ostensible reason for the rule is that almost all Japanese people have naturally black hair, and so they’ll only have non-black hair if they’ve chosen to dye it a different color. Such willful, discretionary standing out from the norm is seen as a distraction and/or lack of earnestness according to orthodox Japanese values, and thus counterproductive to the collective student body’s academic development.

However, an incident in 2017 sparked debate when it highlighted that requiring students to have black hair and forbidding them to dye it aren’t always one and the same, and in fact can sometimes be complete opposites. You’ll notice in the last paragraph that we sad almost all Japanese people have naturally black hair, and that’s because some of them don’t. While it’s relatively rare, some Japanese people are born with hair that has a natural brown tint to it, and one such girl who was attending high school in Osaka was forced to dye her naturally brown hair black, resulting in damage to her scalp and prompting a 2.2 million-yen lawsuit against the school.

While the lawsuit is still ongoing, opponents of school policies requiring students to dye their natural hair in order to look more like it isn’t dyed to unaccustomed eyes can celebrate one victory. On July 30, Hiroki Komazaki, head of children and family advocacy NPO Florence, presented a petition to the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education. The petition, which had collected 19,065 signatures since May, asked that schools be prohibited from instructing naturally non-black-haired students to dye their hair, and the board gave its word that the request will be met, with High School Educational Guidance Section head Seiichi Sato saying:
