I've been waiting for a chapter like this since watching the anime episode about the Akita visit with the video call. With modern phones, Ichikawa and Yamada could stay on a video call all day, every day.

Chapter 158 is called 僕は朝帰りした ("I came home in the morning") with boku as the first person pronoun, i.e. it's about Ichikawa. But here in chapter 159 – 私は寂しい ("I am lonely") we're back to watashi, so it's Yamada again as previously in chapters 155-157.

This time the title "We Can't Sleep" has the plural pronoun, but in the original Japanese the title "Karte.161 私たちは眠れない" uses the plural particle (たち) with watashi, so it's named from Yamada's POV. This is unlike previous "we" chapters, e.g. "Karte.44 僕らはLINEをやっている".
