Was wondering why she wasn't tilting her head back for the nosebleed. After reading about it, I found out that doing that isn't a good thing. Blood still flows out, but only into the back of the throat.

Japan (or just Sakurai Norio) must be up-to-date with their health education

I'm starting to believe the Japanese just have exceptionally sensitive noses...aside from the fictional cliché os nosebleeds, this chapter was a horror movie

No way a nose would bleed like that from getting hit by a ball, that might have some leeway if she straight up broke it, but even a crooked nose doesn't produce such a fountain. That being said, this was a nice development, and it's gonna be even more interesting if it ends up risking her modeling career.

I got a cut on my scalp during a fight once and that thing bled a buuuunch. Lots of veins in your face. Lots of blood in your head.

I think this actually represents how he actually doesn't like blood, and it was a lie he told himself to look edgy. I find it interesting how he used to say he wanted to see here in distress but when he saw her in distress now he panicked and hated it, and felt greatly disturbed by it.

Also her nose bleed didn't start until she met eyes with him. Could it be doing that anime thing where you get a nose bleed when you see someone you like? Hmmmmm....

@Tamerlane she was hit by a ball in the face, that is why she started bleeding, also he never wanted to see her in pain, you were misguided by the dialog, try to pay more attention to the art. Just check chapter 2 and see how he reacts when he sees her crying.
