Man, instead of spamming my notifs every hour with these little “hey you’re an idiot, hey you’re dumb” icons, how about you guys just mass report me so MangaDex deletes me so I can get the hell out of here since no one respects a word I have to say anyway.
Can’t make an honest to god attempt to explain myself, apparently EVERYTHING I have said is just “dumb.” Thanks.
That's how Mangadex reaction to comments system works, dude: you give an opinion, we qualify it. And that's not about you: everyone here receive the "bad" reactions ("Strike" and "Dumb") and, of course, that will prompt us to rethink about the comment published. It's not a great system but, well...
Ngl, when I see your comments, my position was one of "Don't feed the troll" because it seems you didn't actually read the manga and you were just ragebaiting people here. With the last comments, of course, I changed my posture but I'm still think you're in the wrong, and maybe because I'm on the "realistic" side indeed.
And from a realistic approach, I do agree there is a middle-low chance someone like Yamada can fall in love with someone with Ichikawa. But low chances is not zero. If chances were zero, I would have dropped this series from the get-go, precisely because I don't like fantacisious romance, as they are prone to break my voluntary suspension of disbelief. All the more since this is a slice of life manga so, by mandate, some realism is required or, at least, suggested.
And a part of that is to understand not every 14-15 years old girls are prone to NTR. That could be acceptable with older ages, but here, the concept of a pre-teen/teen girl still believing in true love and her blue prince riding a white horse is not far-fetched. Especially when, as classist and agoraphobic this can be read, Yamada is the daughter of a high-medium class family who love a boy with, for surprise of nobody here, has somehow her same social standing.
Hence, sorry if you feel attacked, but you arrived here with a machine gun, so we need to respond with a Bazooka.
