Ichikawa's shirt not being buttoned properly is a nice touch, because of course you're going to make mistakes when putting clothes on your crush who is passed out from fever drunkness while you yourself are being overwhelmed with a mix of terror from not being sure if he's going to be okay, nervousness from what will happen if he wakes up while you're doing this (or worse, one of his family members comes home, *especially* if that happens once you get to changing his pants) guilt from your role in things getting this bad (and maybe also from the fact that you lost control of yourself and hugged him while he was delirious and shirtless,) and a more powerful rush of "oh my god I am in love with this person" than you ever thought you would experience in your life.
