You create a submission and upload all pages at once as a archived zip; the submission itself (including view count and comments) remains static; you pretty much just have to replace that one zip file wholesale (all pages present) every time you want to make any updates to the chapter, and you can change the title, chapter numbers and volume numbers too -- all as many times as you need.

Given that, I'm just a little puzzled as to why they chose to delete it outright.
