Do fractures count as broken bones? People I've asked have been (excuse the pun) split on it.

Never had a full break on a bone, but I've definitely fractured some fingers from a couple of bad falls or collisions during hikes and playing basketball. After they healed up some of my rings didn't fit anymore/go past certain joints.

Also, that awkward finger fumbling before settling into position... they're going have fond memories of this first time.
