Does the black blob on page 8 count?

There's an interesting change in the anime adaptation of the moment in the top right corner of page 8. The girl who "pops up" on page 7 is Andou Kanna and not Yamada Anna, which can be seen in the manga by: 1) color of the hair, 2) different background to what's behind Anna, and 3) the name tag shows 安堂 (the first kanji is pretty clear, and the three strokes at the top of the second one are also visible.

I watched the anime first and assumed that the manga showed Yamada with the darkened face after she touched Ichikawa's erection (which itself isn't in the anime – Yamada reacts only to Ichikawa's line "I want to talk to you about something"), but I've only noticed the difference on my second reading of the manga.

P.S. The wiki already has this in the comparison to the anime:
Strangely, the anime gives Kanna's scary expression in the dark to Yamada, and gives Kanna's line to Chi.

First great appreciation mistake I've seen from the anime producers.

And yes, have lots of sense: Andou sensed something wrong and asked Yamada for it, since the weird sound came from there.

I don't think it's an adaptation mistake, but rather an intentional choice. In the manga, Yamada stays under the blanket when she gets up. In the anime, they decided to show her face immediately – I think just for the sake of clarity, because the scene moves pretty fast. Manga readers, simply due to the nature of the medium, have more time to understand what's going on. Especially the Japanese speakers, who can read the kanji on the half-hidden name badges more easily.

It makes no sense because in the anime there is no reason for Yamada to get up with her face totally terrified. Of course, I had the misunderstanding of confusing Andou with Yamada in the manga, but it would have had a lot more sense if producers respected the scene because it's logical for Andou to react like that since she probably sensed something was not right.

Adachi coming in clutch(???)
Hoo boy it seemed like Yamada was about to full on have sex with Ichikawa there, the way the conversation was leading
Folks can't tell Adachi and Kanzaki apart.

Kanzaki was already talking about a plan to climb down to the girls' room to see Hara the prior night. In the anime, that plan and enacting it, as well as Kyo having to be hidden by Anna, all happened that same night, and I felt like it worked better that way for most everything else that happened. All that changed was Anna saying she likes a guy who's like a cat (which she's totally said about Kyo before), since she couldn't reference the confession that hadn't happened yet, and Kyo also interrupted an almost-kiss, after Anna asked if she was an adult, to announce, in person, he wanted to talk tomorrow instead of send a message, and she tugged at him after getting him out to address whatever 'talk' he had in mind.

Overall, I just really liked the flow of these events in the final episode in the order they chose to do them, and how, in the anime, over what we got here in the manga. Just felt better. The whole final four episodes in general were a great adaptation, adjustment, and expansion for Volume 8, far as I can tell, so far. A few new scenes and little moments here and there, things shifted around in a way that felt better overall...

Still need to read the last chapter and see how that compares, but so far, I definitely prefer how the anime handled things.

To be honest, yeah. That's probably the only major mistake I can see with how things were handled. Otherwise, I really like how the anime handled all of this, so far.

I suppose it could be argued it's more of a moment of shock... After all, Kyo is asking to talk suddenly, and also interrupted a kiss that she was probably not expecting herself to move for, either. Still kinda feels weird, though.
