I kind of want to know what story they gave to get her exiled; while its technically possible they told the truth and hyped up her ability to fix things, and therefore could fix the territory, that sounds unlikely and would literally be telling on how useless they are that countless of them can't do what she alone can, and people wouldn't be talking about it being exile.
