I tried looking up royal milk tea and all I found were recipes for brewing black tea and adding milk and maybe sugar or honey, nothing about whiskey. Gotta wonder where the author gets these recipes.

...The "royal milk tea" I am familiar with was a marketing ploy by Lipton in Japan in the 20th century and has nothing to do with whiskey.

There may be a drink like this in Korea with this name, but England?

I'm suddenly glad I haven't been paying too much attention to the tea facts, if this is standard for them XD
