Unfortunately though, pretty much every TS yuri I've read just portrays the TS-d girl as a perverted guy in a girl's body, so there's some truth to them being different. Not in the way the author means though.

If you know any manga that don't do that PLEASE share so I can overwrite the gross ones I had to read.

Also the manga "until I become me" is a great read, while it isn't Yuri it has hinted at that and it might be a future development

The manga is currently hinting at Akira's gender identity and how her gender identity is developing, Akira pretty much seems to identify as female without realising it yet
