Yeah, no. I don't see Snow being behind any of the shady dungeon stuff. Someone who can barely communicate without the help of an intermediary isn't gonna be capable of running around making dungeon monsters evolve. On a side note, I am quite surprised Maris has not returned at all given how crazy they made her out to be.
