It's ironic that the Wakagashira thought Fable was some homicidal maniac, when in reality, it's the people that he works with that are the crazy ones. The dead guy in this chapter (I'm bad with names), compares murder to sex. The cleaner, seems to like his job a little too much. Meanwhile, Fable does not kill for fun, but only because it's his job. Sure, his common sense is a bit weird, but in comparison, he's hell of a lot better.
