Wish there were more mangaka around who like guns and machines as much as Ohue-san does. His drawing style has a nice late 80s feel to it. "Mandolin" is a fitting nickname for the Shpagin, and Konoe is a decisive action man. Poor Saika, though, dealing with all that Yankee bullshit on her own, but at least Konoe and the folks from HQ are good comrades to her.
Thanks for the translation, it was worth the wait.

Not really, the dude behind it did other mangas that had nothing to do with it, like Murenase! Seton Gakuen. He just likes to troll around with such name.
