I actually like the slangy London British substitute. I read a yuri Anthology a while back that basically used that as a substitute and I had a great time.
No one in this title is speaking Kansai dialect. They are all speaking Tokyo Japanese. If I encountered Kansai dialect I'd probably make it Scottish or something.

Oh, really? I just assumed she was speaking in the kansai dialect because in the TL notes it said that she used a pronoun commonly used the kansai region or something. If I may ask what led you to use British vocabulary for all the characters?
Despite what happened to her, Honoka is taking back her sexuality and it's nice. A lot of people who went through abuse tend to prefer safer environments and places where they can have control to help heal from sexual traumas in the past.
