I tried looking up 天望, which is the confusing part in the classmate's speech in the half-panel flashback, and according to the web it is a slang for "looking at the weather from a high place" (unless I misunderstood, that is) and it's used when talking about the Tokyo Skytree, where these two are having their date, so the classmate should be saying something along the lines of "the view from the hall...".

Ah, there we go. I couldn't make sense of what it could be and I first tried looking up those characters but I also found out it was the spelling of a name so I thought it was maybe a building and I wasn't even completely sure they were these characters due to the handwriting.
